These Terms will be treated as if it were executed and performed in Decatur, GA and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia without regard to conflict of laws provisions. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website or Service must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.
Dispute Resolution

IN NO EVENT SHALL GROUP THERAPY CENTER’ CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM THE SITE, AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU, GROUP THERAPY CENTER’ CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $150.
